We understand that occasionally an exchange or return may be required, and we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Exchange & Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.

Exchange Options

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • A different size in the same style (subject to availability)

  • Another product of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid)

  • Store Credit for future purchases on Myoraah

 

Refund Policy

At this time, Myoraah does not offer monetary refunds.

Approved returns will be processed in the form of Store Credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases made through our website.

Store Credit Terms

  • Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

  • Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Store Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Any unused balance after the validity period will automatically expire.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return, exchange, replacement, or store credit, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and labels attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, alterations, or damage

  • Be accompanied by a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Products Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Store Credit

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales

  • Products purchased under special promotional offers, unless otherwise stated

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards or previously issued store credit

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase

All clearance and sale purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

While we take great care in preparing every order, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs along with your order details.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

For exchanges requested due to sizing preferences, fit concerns, or change of choice, customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges.

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or an incorrect item sent by Myoraah, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service when returning products.

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Store Credit details will be shared via the email address used while placing the order.
